We are always interested in buying books, and will on occasion consign books. We can remit payment in most currencies. Payment for books occurs once the book has been fully examined. If you are interested in selling your books, please email us some basic information, and include images. Our primary focus is on the Science Fiction genre, Ian Fleming and Children’s books.
In every case, we will need:
- Name of author
- Book title as it appears on the title page
- Images of the book (without the dust jacket if one exists)
- Images of the complete dust jacket to show the front, back, spine and flaps
- An image of the copyright and title pages
- A description of all defects such as stains, torn pages, loose bindings, rips or chips etc.
Due to the high number of inquiries, we are not able to at this time offer valuations of books for estate purposes. Please send your inquiries to customerservice@meierandsons.com.
In addition to purchasing books outright, we also offer the ability to consign your books with us with exposure on all our websites.
