The book has sharp corners with clean cloth, with a small cloth wrinkle to the back, and no edgewear. An unrestored copy with a tight and square binding. Unlike most copies of this title which have poor/cracked bindings and loose pages, this book is tightly bound and is quite readable and not fragile. Original end papers present with no owner names, no bookplates and no bookstore stamps. Original tissue guard present. The internal pages are all present, and quite clean with a scarce stray very faded handling marks to but a few pages, otherwise a remarkably clean Verne book with no stains, no foxing, no handling marks, and no bent pages.
