The book has sharp corners and no edgewear and just a hint of toning to the cloth. The binding is tight and square. The end papers have a neatly scripted owner name/date, otherwise are clean with no bookstore stamps, and no bookplates. The internal pages are clean and crisp with no writing, no marks, no scribbles, no stains, no handling marks, no bent pages, and no foxing. Beautiful clean, copy.
The original dust jacket has benefited from very slight restoration to two small intact tears, and a slight bit of restoration to the very outer spine tips, and as such presents in near fine condition. The jacket has vibrant colors with a bit of the common toning to the back panel. The jacket has No edgewear, No stains, No rips, No chips, No rubbing, No fading and No foxing. The jacket has is NOT price clipped and has a stated price of 6s on the front inside flap and the searchlight motif design in blue on the verso of the jacket (the searchlight design can be in either blue or red with no priority given)
