Please note that there was only one public signing event for this title in the UK: the moonlight signing at the Natural History Museum in London on 21 July 2007, for which only 1,700 lucky ticket winners were admitted. Accompanied by the very scarce event ticket dated "Saturday 21st July 2007". Not the Australian edition, Not the Ted Smart edition, Not the Canadian edition, and Not a bookclub edition, but the scarce true first/first Bloomsbury edition with the requisite “First Printing” statement on the copyright page.
The book has fine pictorial boards displaying the same image as on the dust jacket. The boards are in stunning condition with sharp corners and no edgewear. The boards have their nice original sheen with no stains, and still retain their bright vibrant colors. The binding is tight and square.
