A Stunning Signed and Numbered early Peter Max limited edition Screen Print. Peter Max signed and dated the piece lower right in graphite “Max / 72”. The very lower left corner tip of the art displays the imprint faintly of “A.P. XV”. This classic depicts the giant pop art colored head of a sitting guru’s head surrounded in wild strong and vibrant colored bubbles and rays all around. A perfect symbol of the early 1970’s! Presented newly framed and glazed in a silver toned frame with hammered effects. The art is glazed using UV glass. A wonderful large piece with a stunning presentation, signed and dated in the year of creation!
PROVENANCE:
EX: Property from The Larry T. Clemons Collection, Panama City, Florida. In addition, the art was purchased from an Auction House who was commissioned to sell several original paintings by Peter Max with each piece being authenticated and vetted by the premier auction house. A copy of the original bill of sale, lot number and the description will be included with the piece, and will provide both provenance and additional authenticity for the art.

Condition: Faint pale foxing/toning to the outer off-white border. A faint very thin horizontal line on the figures forehead. Presented newly framed in a vibrant silver toned metal frame with hammered effects. The art is glazed using UV glass.
