A Stunning ALL Original Peter Max, (no litho), circa 1975, rendered in ink on paper, including his famous first day of issue stamp of the cosmic runner. This complex drawing depicts angels, flowers, birds, the sun, and the stars. Presented floated with multiple mats, to provide depth, and framed under acrylic, the piece has an important presentation! Signed and dated by Peter Max lower right of the art as “75 / MAX”.

Condition:
The art is in excellent condition on a slightly age toned sheet, framed with a lightly nicked frame and muliple mats. Each mat appears to float above the next, creating wonderful depth and a superb unique presentation. As such the frame itself is quite heavy. A Fantastic Striking Early All-Original piece.

PROVENANCE:
Ex: The Larry T. Clemons Collection, Panama City, Florida, acquired via a premier auction house commissioned to sell numerous pieces from his estate. Each piece being additionally authenticated and vetted by the premier auction house. A copy of the original bill of sale, lot number and the description will be included with the piece, and will provide both provenance and authenticity for the art.
